Prosaw XP-ONE

PRS has extensive experience designing Pallet Bandsaw Dismantlers for the wooden pallet industry. By combining our high speed, heavy-duty PROSAW design with automatic lumber conveyance the XP-ONE enables one operator to achieve production levels of nearly two operators of other traditional design machines.

Efficient, single operator pallet dismantling system. The PROSAW XP-ONE is just that – a system approach to lumber recovery. Pallet recycling that utilizes the power of machinery, not costly labor.The XP-ONE dismantling system includes the bandsaw as well as 2 belt conveyors (one horizontal, and the other inclined). All XP-ONE machines are 15 hp bandsaws that feature our belt drive, high speed design for industry leading performance.

High speed bandsaw dismantler – 4,500 sfpm blade speed
15 hp saw motor, triple belt driven, 2 7/16” x 33” drive shaft
Large diameter – 17” (.43 m)band wheels for long blade life
Proprietary blade guide system
Pneumatic blade tensioning with pressure regulator and simple manual on/off lever
Safety interlock switches on cabinet doors
Includes lumber chute design
Includes 10’ x 1’ (3.04 x .30 m) troughed belt conveyor for horizontal conveyance
Includes 10’ x 1.2’ (3.04 x .36 m) troughed belt conveyor for inclined conveyance

For higher volume requirements (over 500 pallets per shift), consider the XP-TWO which extends the horizontal conveyor to 20 feet long (6.09 m) and utilizes 2 bandsaw dismantlers!
