Triple Head Pallet Dismantler

The Recycler 3 Head is our high volume pallet dismantler. With one operator and two machine cycles, the Recycler 3 Head completely dismantles a double-face, three stringer pallet in seconds. High volume pallet recycling by design.

The Recycler 3 Head's material handling functions are designed for maximum efficiency. The deckboards automatically drop unto a belt conveyor, the operator does little more than push a lever to process up to 1,000 pallets per shift.

Hydraulic power and hardened tool steel nail shearing blades make pallet disassembly easy when you’ve got a PRS Recycler 3 Head!
