Product Overview

The PRS PRO-FEED System makes lumber delivery to your CAPE Nailer smooth and ergonomic. This system includes a 3 lane conveyor (1 x 10' and 2 x 15'). The systems also include a 2,500lb capacity scissor lift which keeps the lumber your operators need right at hand. The conveyors are heavy-duty, 3 lane gravity roller type with gravity rollers that are 2.5" diameter x 11 gauge steel, and are set on 4" roller centers.

Conveyor frames are structural steel channel, welded construction with top of rollers at 24" to floor. The scissor lifts have 30" w x 60" L platform, 20" lowered and 50" raised height. Each lift is powered by 1HP/single phase/ on-off duty hydraulic power unit.
