Visiopal from Cape is an advanced technology that geometrically scans whole pallets for quality control.  Now on version 3, this innovative solution is commercially available for use at the end of a nailing line, sortation, or repair line.  Visiopal is programmable for pass/fail on overall pallet dimension and squareness (with tolerances), board spacing, and thickness and width, overhang, etc.
