Powerful hydraulic motors actuate the sweep function. A double paddle design allows quick efficient transfer of pallets from a roller conveyor with just 180 degrees of chain travel. Each sweep transfer has an electrical panel with manual function buttons that provide jog features in both forward and reverse chain track central unit or from the pallet stacker’s hydraulic power supply. Under conveyor sweep transfers are also available.

PRS sweep transfers are built as stand-alone units which provide easy retrofits for existing repair and sort lines.  The hydraulic fluid supply and electrical/plc control of your system will need to be integrated with the PRS sweep transfers by PRS or a qualified machinery technician.
