Our Model I-L stackers offer in-line pallet stacking which saves floor space and eliminates the need for 90 degree transfers. These stackers are modular by design and we can couple the required number to meet your need, and add additional units when your need change.

PRS I-L Model Stackers Features:

  • Heavy-duty, chain driven live roller conveyors
  • Pallet stop gates
  • Hydraulic lifts that have integrated chain conveyors for stack eject
  • Central hydraulic and PLC control consoles are customized for each I-L stacker bank

Specifications:

  • Fully automatic, hydraulically powered
  • 5 HP up to 8 HP per stacker module based on application
  • Allen-Bradley PLC control in central panel
  • 3" diameter CDLR rollers supported by flange bearings
  • Pneumatic pallet stop gates included in each module
  • Each system will include 5 Ft long CDLR infeed conveyor
  • Available in customized systems with 1 to 9 modules
