High speed, reliable performance - FULLY AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC PALLET STACKER

Fully automatic, high speed pallet stacker with fixed 48" x 40" capacity. (or Euro sizes of 800 mm x 1,200 mm or 1,000 x 1,200 mm per order)

PRS electric pallet stackers feature SEW-Eurodrive systems that power a central drive shaft to operate a dual sided lift mechanism. The pallet lifting toggles are simple spring loaded devices that engage the pallet in four contact points. The integrated conveyor is dual chain, 2 strand design which is also powered by SEW-Eurodrive motor/reducer units. The result is a bullet-proof, smooth, quiet, and fast pallet stacker that is built to last, even in a 24/7 production environment.

Live infeed/outfeed conveyor chains driven by 1.5 hp SEW Eurodrive
41" standard opening - 49" opening available upon request
Lift mechanism uses 4 spring loaded toggles to hold pallets in stack - eliminating uneccesary air cylinders/valves
Allen-Bradley variable frequency drives control speed for both the chain conveyor and lift mechanism
Production rate of 14 pallets per minute - speed adjustable via frequency drives
Lift mechanism is powered by 5 hp SEW Eurodrive with brake system and uses 1.625" TGP shaft
Lift mechanism utilizes an adjustable counter weight system to alieviate the load on the drive system
Lift mechanism utilizes # 80 roller chain
Linear motion of lift system utilizes Heavi-Rail track and bearing system
Machine control by Allen-Bradley PLC
Cutler Hammer reflective photo eye switches sense pallet location - proximity switches sense lift position
Sole pneumatic component is roll type pallet gate - includes filter regulator lubricator with gauge
All components are mounted on one side of the machine for simple operation and maintenance
