High volume pallet sortation or repair processes require high volume dispensing of pallets. When these pallets consist of broken, varied size and type pallets the PRS model AIC tipper provides the solution. The AIC tipper automatically indexes to dispense pallets continuously at rates up to 800 pallets per hour.

The machine consists of an auto indexing stack tipper and an accumulator machine that work in conjunction with each other via a programmable logic control to provide the operator with a continuous flow of pallets, presented on end, for easy dispensing and inspection.

For higher volume requirements (over 600 pallets per hour) we recommend a stack straightener installed upstream of the AIC tipper.  Speak to your PRS sales rep for additional information and consultation of your exact needs.
